Return Policy
We hope you love your order, but if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to facilitate an exchange or provide store credit. Please contact us at LTL BOUTIQUE within the 7 days after delivery. A copy of receipt from purchase is required to facilitate a return / exchange / issue store credit. We do not accept any cancellations once order is in process. Please review the following carefully to ensure your return meets the requirements.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD, ONLY EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT ARE AVAILABLE, STORE CREDIT DOES NOT EXPIRE.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused conditions, with all original tags and labels attached. The item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. No sign of wear, stains, such as make-up stains, perfume, deodorant stain or smell, pet hair, cigarette smell, and/or any other smells, stains or signs of damages on merchandise. All sale items and items discounted 25% or more are final sale, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.
Damaged Items
Simply inspect your order upon receiving it. If you believe your item(s) is damaged, faulty, or received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll be glad to help!,
Final Sale Items
Are not eligible for return or exchange. Final Sale items include: sale items, accessories, bodysuits, gift cards, and all other items listed under ‘EXCEPTIONS’ below -

Returns
Eligible items are to be returned within 7 days. The window begins on the delivery date of order to the recipient who purchased. Your return should show the postmark being within the 7 day return window. Please include a copy of invoice stating the reason for your return. Allow 3-7 business days to process upon reaching our location. Once your return is processed and your store credit is issued, you will receive a confirming email. Kindly, ensure your items are securely packaged and send the package using any courier service of your choice. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return. (We DO NOT cover the cost of return shipping). Return shipping & handling cost for manually mailed returns are the customer’s responsibility. Returns that arrive back after the 7th day return window will be returned to the sender.
If using a label provided through our return portal, the customer agrees to have the cost of the shipping withheld from their refund.
Exchanges
Due to our ever-changing inventory, exchanges are not always available for online orders. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item, and once the return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Please be sure to return your item within the 7 day return window and send proof of receipt/payment for the item you are exchanging. You can submit an exchange request at ltlfashionboutique@gmail.com and you will receive a prepaid shipping label (returning shipping label fee is non-refundable). You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Unfortunately, LTL Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once our provided tracking information confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided for the order.
